Innovita LLC runs innovitawrite.com. This page says what we collect and what we do with it, in plain words. Questions go to support@innovitawrite.com.

What we collect

• Your email addressWhen you join the waitlist. We use it only to confirm your signup and to tell you when Soul is ready to try: a confirmation now and one email at launch, nothing else.
• What you write in the Intercom support chatOnly if you open it, and only after you accept optional cookies: Intercom keeps a visitor ID in your browser so a conversation can continue. Please don't put payment details or someone else's private text in the chat.
• Server logsLike every website, our host records basics such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, to serve and protect the site.
• Visitor countsOur hosting provider's cookieless web analytics counts page views, referrers, country, and browser and device types in aggregate. It sets no cookie, builds no profile, and does not follow you to other sites.

Why we may use it (legal bases)

The waitlist email is used with your consent, which leaving the list withdraws. The Intercom support chat is used with your cookie consent. Logs and visitor counts are used for our legitimate interest in running, securing, and understanding use of the site. We collect nothing for advertising.

Who handles it

• ResendSends the waitlist notification email to our inbox.

• IntercomProvides the Intercom support chat on this site, when you consent to its cookies.
• Our hosting providerHosts the site, keeps its server logs, and provides the cookieless visitor counts above.

We don't sell your data or share it for ads. These providers handle it only to run the service for us. Some store data in the United States; where EU or UK data moves there, the provider's standard contractual terms apply.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist emailUntil you ask us to remove it, or the list closes.
• Intercom support chatKept by Intercom under its retention settings while the conversation is useful for support; ask us and we delete our copy.
• Server logsKept by our host for a short operational period, then rotated.

Your choices and rights

Email support@innovitawrite.com to see, correct, export, or delete your data, or to leave the waitlist. We answer within a month. EU and UK residents may also contact their data protection authority, and may object to or restrict use based on legitimate interests. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising, and you get the same access and deletion without a separate form or any penalty.

Children

The site and the waitlist are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Tell us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and our keys live only in our host's protected settings. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.

Tracking

There are no ads on this site, and nothing here follows you to other sites for advertising. Visitor counting is cookieless (see above), so it is not switched by cookie choices; optional cookies are listed, with your controls, in the Cookie Policy.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are announced on the site before they take effect.
